As President of LBi in the US Judith leads the NYC and Atlanta offices of over 245 people. She has been responsible for 35% growth year on year and has pitched and won the agency’s flagship accounts. She spends the majority of her time working closely with our key clients, helping them achieve digital transformation within their organizations. Judith takes ultimate responsibility for the strategic, creative, technology and media disciplines within the agency and leads all our new business and marketing activities.
She was previously the US Managing Director at LBi IconNicholson in 2009, where she led the full-service digital agency’s US offering. She was integral in paving the way for the full integration of the agency with Special Ops Media starting in 2009 and the subsequent rebranding to become LBi in March of 2010. As an 11-year LBi veteran, Judith also ensures that LBi in the US stays true to its well-regarded legacy and acts as the liaison between the US operation and LBi International, AB.
Prior to her promotion as US Managing Director, a position created specifically for her, Judith served as Client Partner for LBi in the UK where she was responsible for managing a significant sector of the organization. During her enormously well-regarded tenure in this post, she tripled the size of the British Telecom account, one of the agency’s most significant pieces of business, generating a 41percent increase in sales through BT.com and increasing conversion by 34 percent.
Judith first joined LBi in 2004 when it acquired and merged full-service digital agencies FramFab and Wheel, where she worked at the time. She was responsible for securing a number of internationally renowned accounts, among them Garanti Bank, Starbucks and Unilever. While there, she received D&AD and Webby Awards in recognition of campaigns developed for Inbev’s Brahma beer and Sony Computer Entertainment Europe.
Judith graduated from the University of Bristol and began her career at Lowe Direct before moving to Wheel in 2002.
Getting married to a Texan, she still resolves never to lose her British accent.
