The role

LBi is seeking a Senior Designer to work on a variety of projects from rich media emails and promos to large-scale sites.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:

• Design enhancements and production updates to consumer websites
• Design of HTML email campaigns and landing pages
• Development of online ads

Experience and skills required:

• A strong aesthetic sense and excellent attention to detail
• Ability to carry out a concept from start to completion
• Experience with designing websites, microsites and rich emails
• Good communication skills and ability to meet deadlines
• A strong portfolio reflecting 4+ years of interactive agency experience
• A good understanding of information architecture and effective usability techniques
• Solid graphic production skills
• Proficiency in Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Fireworks
• Flash animation experience a definite plus
• Online advertising experience also a plus
