LBi appoints Michele Chang-McGrath as Head of Research
- appointment signals strong commitment to developing customer insight programme to help drive growth for clients
London: Global marketing and technology agency LBi has appointed Michele Chang-McGrath as its new Head of Research.
The role will see Chang-McGrath assume responsibility for LBi’s well-established research team, whilst simultaneously developing a new proposition aimed at helping build business value for clients.
Initially, Chang-McGrath will kick-off a series of research initiatives focused on understanding emerging digital behaviours in mobile, ecommerce and online content.
Prior to joining LBi, Chang-McGrath was a partner at international innovation and strategy consultancy ReD Associates in Copenhagen, where she developed consumer insight and market analysis for a range of blue-chip clients including Samsung, Intel, Sony, Vodafone, Orange, Adidas, Lego and Pernod Ricard. Before this, she spent three years as a senior research scientist in the R&D team at Intel in the US.
