Two pieces of insight drove our solution: there’s no storefront ‘try-before-you-buy’ option with BT Vision, and many prospective customers feel unable to discuss the service with friends and peers.
We created John, your personal online guide to BT Vision. He’ll tell you about the different features of BT Vision and guide you through the many ways BT Vision enhances your TV experience. You can even have a play with the BT Vision+ box yourself. You can ask John anything - he might even dance for you. Mobile users aren’t left out either – a text search field, requests the appropriate video from YouTube.
The Guided Tour and Ask a Question areas have proved a huge hit with customers, increasing the amount of time spent on BT Vision’s site. What’s more, additional social media conversation around the site was reflected in a marked increase in enquiries about the service.
