THE CHALLENGE
Maersk launched the corporate movie “We are Maersk”, directed by internationally acclaimed director Christoffer Boe. In 12 minutes the movie takes a look at the A.P. Moller Maersk Group's expansive operations focusing on various business units and themes. Our brief was to leverage the digital potential of the corporate movie “We are Maersk”.
OUR SOLUTION
We created www.wearemaersk.com, a digital storytelling platform that showcases the movie through an engaging, compelling and personalised digital experience.
The site offers navigation by means of a world map that shows Maersk’s presence and activities around the world. Through this map, the user can shuffle between 11 sequential movies, each featuring additional background articles and geographical information.
The site detects the IP-address and the device and through this information offers personalized information by integration with other API’s.
THE RESULTS
The site is a modern dynamic digital corporate brochure, which can support Maersk’s corporate website.
