We were faced with the challenge of how to develop a global offering for small business owners around the world. For many, IKEA represents home furnishings, not business furnishings.
LBi developed an IKEA BUSINESS identity, communications platform, global website http://business.ikea.com, loyalty program, in-store presence and local events. Our editorial approach to content creation provides inspiration and information to small business owners. The content is used in stores, online and at events around the world. LBi is also in charge of content upload and versioning, as well as support across the 19 markets.
Since the launch of the IKEA BUSINESS pilot in 2007, we have rolled out websites to 19 markets in 24 languages.
